8月24日下午13点，在北京国际书展的大师厨房，由中国轻工业出版社举办了疯狂烤箱烤出健康的活动。现场吸引了众多观众参加，作者梅依旧和观众互动表演，热闹非凡。

　　《疯狂烤箱 从菜鸟到高手》一书得到了大家的极高认可。天猫还进行了现场直播。梅依旧老师从新书《疯狂烤箱 从菜鸟到高手》中选择了三款省时易做的烤箱美食。烤羊肉串、牙签牛肉、干酪烤口蘑。每款基本只需十五分钟即可。用电烤箱烤制的食品是非常健康的，也是被众多营养师推崇的一种烹饪方式。

　　现场的观众反响热烈，很多小朋友吃得意犹未尽。中国轻工业出版社社领导李亦兵出席了活动。
