  8月24日上午11:00开始,在北京国际图书博览会上的大师厨房,举办了一场用心的烘焙之旅-—第44届世界技能大赛烘焙项目冠军现场面包制作课,由中国首位世界面包冠军王森国际西点西餐学校蔡叶昭,通过一场用心的烘焙之旅一书进行烘焙类图书的场景化营销,向观众普及世界技能大赛的知识,传播世界级面包制作经验和技巧,鼓励年轻人用技能点亮梦想。

  蔡叶昭现场重现了一款在第44届世界技能大赛现场制作的艺术面包,并请观众品尝。同时进行了生动的现场问答、签名售书活动。国际美食大赛评委会主席君度先生亲临现场,与蔡叶昭进行了亲切的交流。活动现场同时还进行了天猫直播、抖音直播和一直播,参与现场直播的观众近80000人。中国轻工业出版社社领导龙志丹出席了本次活动。
